2. The service
TonysTopRevs is a marketplace that connects buyers with approved UK car dealers. We are not a party to any sale or transaction. All vehicle listings, prices, and details are provided by the dealers, and any purchase is a contract between you and the dealer.
3. Listings and accuracy
While we review dealers before they join, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Listings are supplied by dealers and may be updated automatically from their stock systems, so a vehicle may sell before the listing is removed. You should confirm all details, including price, specification, and condition, directly with the dealer before purchasing.
4. Search and AI features
Our smart search uses artificial intelligence to interpret what you type and match it to listings. Results are provided as a convenience and may occasionally misinterpret a search or miss relevant vehicles. Always check listing details before acting on them.
5. Dealer accounts
Approved dealers are given access to a dealer portal to manage their listings and enquiries. Dealers are responsible for keeping their sign-in details secure, for the accuracy of the information they publish, and for handling buyer enquiries in accordance with the law. We may suspend or withdraw portal access at our discretion.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by submitting false information or fake enquiries, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform, scraping or bulk-extracting content without permission, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TonysTopRevs is not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with dealers or your reliance on listing information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
