Deleting your Studio data

Disconnect in Studio

1. Sign in to the Dealer Portal and open Studio.
2. Under Accounts, press Disconnect and confirm.

The access token Facebook gave us is deleted straight away, for both the Page and its linked Instagram account. Nothing more is posted, including posts you had scheduled.

Or remove our app from Facebook

In Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Tony’s Top Revs and remove it. The token stops working at once; Studio shows the account as needing to be reconnected and posts nothing.

What stays

Posts already published stay on your Facebook Page and Instagram, where you can delete them yourself. Photos and videos you uploaded to Studio are kept in private storage linked to your dealership’s account so your post history still shows them; they are deleted when the dealership’s account is closed, or sooner if you ask your Tony’s Top Revs account manager.
